Personal data we collect

  1. When you send us a trip inquiry, you may provide us with your personal details, including your email address, phone number and country of residence.

  2. When you browse our website or use our mobile apps, we may collect:your travel preferences, information about your browsingactivitieson our websites and mobile apps, information about when you click on one of our adverts, including those shown on other organisation’swebsites, information about the manneryou access our digital services, including operating system, IP address, online identifiers and browser details.

  3. When you buy our travel services, we reserve the right tocollect: passport details, other ID document details, date of birth, insurance details, relevant medical data and any special, dietary, religious or disability requests, information about your purchases, including what you bought, when and where you bought it, how you paid for it and credit or other payment information. 

  4. When you contact us or whenwe contact you or you take part in promotions, competitions, surveys or questionnaires about our services, we may collect: details of emails and other digital communications sent to you which you access, including any links in them that you click on, your feedback and contributions to customer surveys and questionnaires. 

  5. Personal data you provide about other individuals: we use personal data about other individuals provided by you, such as those people on your booking. By providing other people’s personal data, you must be sure that they agree to this and you are allowedto provide it. You should also ensure that, where appropriate, they understand how their personal data may be used by us.

We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from children (persons under 16 years of age). We do not target children with our services.

 

How your personal data is used

We use your personal data in a variety of ways:

  1. To provide the products and services you request. We need to process your personal data so that we can manage your booking, provide you with the products and services you anticipateto purchaseand help you with any orders and refunds you may ask for.

We use your personal data in order to fulfil obligation rising from law. We reserve the right to anonymize personal data gathered and to use any such data. We will use data outside the scope of this Policy only when it is anonymized. We save your billing information and other information gathered about you for as long as needed for accounting purposes or other obligations obtained from law, but no longer than 6 years.

 

Sharing your personal data

  1. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

  2. We provide our business partners only with necessary data related to services you ordered. That includes hotels, tour guides, and any other third party companies or individuals involved in providing services you ordered. When we share personal data with our business partners we require them to keep it safe, and they must not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes. We only share the minimum personal data to enable our suppliers and business partners to provide their services to you and us.

 

Sharing personal data with regulatory authorities

It may be mandatory (as required by government authorities at the point of departure and/or destination) to disclose and process your personal data for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate.  We may share the minimum personal data necessary with other public authorities if required by law.

Protecting your personal data

We take appropriate security measures to help protect your personal data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. We use safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS). We use anonymizing and pseudonymizing where suitable. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. We try our best, however we cannot guarantee the security of information. We promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security violations and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

 

How you can access and update your personal data.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, although you should be able to access online the personal data associated with your account or booking. You can write to us asking for a copy of other personal data we hold about you. You have to right to know whether your personal data is being processed, what data is gathered, from where it is obtained and why and by whom it is processed. You have the right to access the data collected from/about you as well as request modification of your personal data in case it is inaccurate or incomplete and request your personal data to be erased from our records. You have right to object to processing of your personal data in case of direct marketing and profiling. You have the right to obtain your personal data in a machine-readableformat or if it is feasible, as a direct transfer from one processor to another. You have the right for the help of a supervisory authority and the right for other legal remedies such as claiming damages. You have the right withdraw any given acceptance for processing of your personal data. We will update or erase your data, unless we have to keep it for legitimate business or legal purposes.
